• All items are shipped the same day after an order is placed through our website.
• Typical delivery time is:
  
  • 2 to days within Dubai
  • We are not accepting order for AbuDhbai, Al Ain and Northen Emirates at this point of time.
• Please allow up to 2 to 8 days for delivery.

Plant Guarantee & Returns

• While we do not accept plant returns at this time, we guarantee that every plant will arrive fresh and in good health.
• All plants are covered by a 24-hour guarantee from the time of delivery.
• Please note: repotting your indoor plant into a new container within the first 24 hours will void the guarantee.
