Terms & Conditions – Barari Blooms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Barari Blooms website and services (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to make purchases.
All information provided (name, address, payment details) must be accurate and complete.

2. Orders & Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
Orders are accepted subject to product availability.
Prices are shown in AED and include VAT where applicable.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped the same day after being placed.
Typical delivery times:
- 2 days within Dubai
- 3–4 days in other Emirates
Delivery depends on your location. Please allow up to 3–4 days.
You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and being available to receive the order.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Plants are classified as perishable goods, and therefore cancellations and refunds are not possible after order confirmation.
If a plant arrives in poor condition, our 24-hour plant guarantee applies (see Section 5).

5. Plant Guarantee & Returns

All plants are guaranteed to arrive fresh and healthy.
If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
Repotting or altering the plant within the first 24 hours will void the guarantee.
Returns are not accepted due to the perishable nature of plants.

6. Product Descriptions & Variations

We aim to display products accurately, but plants are natural living products. Shape, size, and color may vary slightly.
If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and may offer an alternative or refund.

7. Payment

Payment must be made at checkout.

All prices include VAT where applicable.

8. Risk & Ownership

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is delivered to your address.
Ownership passes to you once full payment is received.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content (images, text, logos, graphics) is owned by Barari Blooms or licensed to us.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use content without our written consent.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
